Privacy policy
How Itaja collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Data we collect
The waitlist form collects: your name, your email address, the type of product you are building and your country. No other personal data is collected on this site: no tracking cookie, no third-party analytics, no advertising pixel.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to contact you at opening and to prioritise access. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
Retention period
Your data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted or anonymised at the latest twelve months after the service opens, unless you become a merchant, in which case separate contractual processing applies.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is neither sold, nor transferred, nor shared with third parties. Two processors have access to it: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for hosting the site, framed by standard contractual clauses, and Tally BV (Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 11, 9000 Ghent, Belgium), which hosts the signup form and stores the responses within the European Union. The form’s bot protection is provided by that same processor and its supplier (reCAPTCHA, Google). No other processor has access to this data at this stage.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them: hello@getitaja.com. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and forms are transmitted encrypted. No third-party script loads with the page: the signup form’s script, called only as its section approaches, is the single external request, and the form renders in a frame isolated from the rest of the page. The security headers applied are public (the site’s _headers file).
