Terms of use for the Itaja website and service.

Purpose
These terms govern use of the site and signup to the waitlist. They constitute neither a contract of sale nor a commitment to provide a payment service.
Signup and access
The programme takes a limited number of merchants (100 places announced), selected notably on the type of product declared at signup. Signing up to the waitlist guarantees neither access nor a timeframe for access.
Nature of the service
The service is provided as is, without any availability or error-free warranty. The features described on this site (billing, orchestration, payouts) are rolled out progressively; the public timeline (opening in September 2026, payouts finalised in December 2026) is indicative.
Reference pricing
The reference pricing communicated is 8% + 100 FCFA per transaction. It may be refined in the merchant agreement signed before any real collection; no commission is charged during the waitlist phase.
Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for any loss arising from the unavailability of the service or from changes to its features.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States). For any dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the courts of the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
